At Letability, we want to make sure that our tenants get the best rental experience possible.

Our FAQ’s section looks to answer many of the questions raised in the Government Publication ‘How To Rent’ (you can choose the England version or the Wales version) and also deals with some specific issues and how they relate to the renting process.

Certainly, there is a lot of information here but it is worth reading. Not just because it informs you of your rights and what current best practice looks like; but also because it will give you a good feel for how Letability operates. If you’re looking to save time, our links page brings all the resources together in one place.

If you’re a seasoned renter, you’ll probably already know a lot of this but we would still hope that you find information on recent legislation changes to be useful?  And if you’re a newbie, we hope that you will find it a comprehensive resource that will prove useful whether you rent through Letability or not.

And finally, if you have a question that is not answered here, please send us a message and we will be happy to provide an answer. And we’ll probably add it here as well.

Letability does not offer ‘Tenant Find Only’ or ‘Rent Collection Only’ services to Landlords – we only provide a Fully Managed service. 

This means that we will look after you throughout your tenancy and will be your first, and in most cases, only point of contact.
